Our commitment to agencies
We never run campaigns, never represent creators, and never take a client of our own.
Remit is the infrastructure your agency runs on — discovery, contracts, escrow and payouts. Your clients stay your clients, your creator relationships stay yours, and your commercial terms are never visible to anyone else on the platform.

What you are paying for
Two different things, so they are billed two different ways. The subscription is the software you run your programme on. The transaction fee only applies when a deal actually closes.

Questions
- Do creators pay anything?
- No. There is no creator subscription and no platform commission on what you earn. You receive 100% of the agreed payout. The transaction fee is billed to the brand or brand agency that funds the deal.
- How do I know you will not compete with us?
- Because the product has no way to. There is no Remit roster, no Remit client list and no campaign we operate — the four account types are creator, talent agency, brand and brand agency, and we are none of them. Beyond that: your client brands are separate organizations you own, one client’s escrow balance can never fund another’s campaign, and your negotiated rates are visible only inside your own deal rooms.
- Why do I pay both a subscription and a transaction fee?
- They cover two different things. The subscription is the software you use to run your programme — discovery, matching, team seats, analytics and automation. The transaction fee applies only when a deal closes, and covers escrow, contracts, dispute resolution and payouts.
- How does the transaction fee change across tiers?
- Individual brands move from Growth at 15% to Scale at 12% and Business at 10%. Brand agencies move from Standard at 12% to Advanced at 10% and Premium at 8%. Enterprise is negotiated. The fee is billed to the buyer, so creators and talent agencies are never charged.
- What does payment processing cost?
- It is passed through at cost — around 2.9% when you fund escrow by card, and $0 on wire and ACH. It is never marked up. Choosing wire removes it entirely.
- Can I try it before committing?
- Yes. Growth includes a 14-day trial, and you can cancel any time — there is no long-term lock-in. The trial includes discovery, matching and negotiation. Funding a deal requires an active plan.
- What happens when I change tier?
- Upgrade any time, effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Deals already funded keep the rate they were funded at.
- How does team access work?
- Role-based permissions are included throughout the paid ladders, so finance, campaign managers, and reviewers see only what they need. Seat capacity grows with each rung; Enterprise capacity is set in the contract.
